All sales on handcrafted spiritual products, including
oils, candles, ritual items, and custom work, are final
and non-refundable.
For select third-party or drop shipped items, returns may
only be accepted if:
• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• The incorrect item was received.
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
To request assistance, please contact us with your order
number and photos of the item.
Please note:
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s
remorse, or opened/used products.
• Customers are responsible for reading product
descriptions carefully before purchasing.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error
